    What’s new

In this package you will receive 2 BeppyPanties® and a free Wash&Care bag for your washing machine.

    WHAT?! Why 2?

Don’t worry, both panties are different… We know that periods change during your cycle, so we’ve created an easy way to determine which underwear to use based on your period level.

2 clicks: Intended for a lighter flow

4 clicks: Intended for medium flow.

PSST… in our colored combos, Siren and Coral, the color is also an indication of the power level; the lightest color is for lighter days and the darkest for heavy days. Amazing, right?

    Click? Inflate and change?

Hey? What are the clicks for?

We call it ‘Bloat&Swap System’ and it is specially designed for your comfort in two different ways.

Bloating: Bloating before and during menstruation is normal. It can result from changes in the levels of hormones such as progesterone and estrogen. You may feel heavy and your abdomen may swell. During menstrual days, it is a must to feel comfortable and relieved. Therefore, you can adjust the tightness of your underwear depending on the day of your cycle.

Change: You normally wear your underwear for 10 hours a day, just like your normal underwear. But on heavy days, you may need to change clothes once every 8 hours to be more comfortable and hygienic. Did you know that trapped moisture is a breeding ground for bacteria and fungi, and that wearing sanitary pads or menstrual underwear for too long can lead to infections such as yeast infections? That’s why you have to change your BeppyPanties® often, you can easily take them off anywhere without taking off your pants completely.

    How to use

    To adjust:

Customize your BeppyPanties to hug and snug your body perfectly. The first time you get your hands on the BeppyPanties® you should check that the underwear fits you well and adjust the tightness with clicks on the sides of your underwear. You can also change the levels of the clicks during the day if you feel that the BeppyPanties® are too tight or too loose. Make sure that all the clicks are on the same level to prevent any damage in the ‘Bloat&Swap system’.

    Swap:

Swap your underwear every time you feel it overloaded. One way to tell when your undies are full is checking if the side of the crotch of the underwear is wet. If you notice blood at the seam, this is a good indication that your BeppyPanties® are full.

Of course, changing your clothes in public restrooms can be very uncomfortable, but the ‘Bloat&Swap system’ was designed as a practical solution to this. You can take off the BeppyPanties® just like normal underwear or you can remove them without undressing by opening the clicks on both sides and carefully taking it off. You can store your underwear in your Beppy bag and change into the second pair, by completely opening the clicks.

Keep in mind the difference in the absorbance level between the two BeppyPanties®, so you can calculate efficiently how many hours you need to change to a new pair.

    How to wash

Wash your BeppyPanties® carefully so that they can last to their optimum! Put the used underwear in the Wash&Care Bag before putting them in the washing machine at a low temperature (max 30°) or you can wash them by hand, without using bleach or softener. In that way you protect the underwear from any damage in its quality, elasticity and fit.

Don’t put the BeppyPanties® in the dryer or iron them as heat can damage the quality of the underwear. After washing, let all the products including the washing bag air dry until fully dry. When you are sure that all of the moisture is gone you can either wear the underwear or store it for another occasion!

    Why do we Bloat?

Bloating during your menstrual period is a common symptom, annoying right?. But there is a reason behind it… It occurs due to hormonal changes and fluid retention in your body, which can cause the abdomen to feel swollen and uncomfortable.

Other factors that can contribute to bloating during a period include:

    1. Dietary habits
    2. Stress
    3. Constipation

To alleviate bloating, it is recommended to:

    1. Drink plenty of water
    2. Eat a balanced diet
    3. Engage in physical activity
    4. Avoid foods that are known to cause bloating.

    AAAAND, last but not least…

    1. Wearing period panties with adjustable clicks to provide a comfortable fit can also help to reduce discomfort during this time. NOW YOU KNOW IT EXISTS!

Again, our BeppyPanties® are specifically designed to increase comfort and support during your period by allowing you to adjust the fit and comfort during your period. BeppyPanties® come with adjustable snap closures that allow for a snug or looser fit as needed, perfect for those days when we feel like our tummies are about to BUUURSTTT

    How to take measurements

    Waist measurements:
    1. Remove your shirt, it is important that you take the measurement directly on the skin without any garment in between.
    2. Take your belly button as a reference; place the end of the tape measure (from the 0 cm point) over your belly button and go all the way around your torso until you can grasp the tape measure at the same point you started from.
    3. Adjust loosely; the tape measure should fit snugly but not tightly around your torso. Note that there should also be no gaps between your skin and the tape measure, if it’s a little loose, just drag it until it’s just right.

Important: The 0 point of the tape measure should always be at your navel, do not move it from there. Before you take your measurement, check that the tape measure is not bent or twisted around your waist when you turn it around. It should be smooth all the way around.

    4. Know the measurement; without moving the tape measure, check what number the 0 point was found with, that will be your waist circumference measurement.

Remember: point 0 is the first line on the tape measure that marks the mm between one cm and another. You must take the first line as a reference, there are tape measures that start flush and others that give a space before measuring.
Important: When taking the measurement, the correct number is always the one below the line. In other words, if point 0 points exactly to the longest line that divides the number 60 and 61, your waist is 61 cm and not 60 cm. If point 0 points to a line below it (one of the short ones indicating mm), it means that your waist is 61.1 cm.

    Hip measurements:
    1. Remove the garment, it is important that you take the measurement directly on the skin without any garment in between. If you can’t take the measurement without wearing any garment, we suggest that you stay only in underwear or a swimsuit that is tight enough to measure the body without tightening or changing your figure. Your body must be relaxed to take the measurements.
    2. Take the most protruding part of the buttocks as a reference point; go all the way around the hips passing the tape measure just above this protruding point, until you can grab the other end of the tape measure. Place the 0 point of the tape in the centre of the front so that you can take the measurement.
    3. Adjust loosely; the tape measure should fit snugly against your hips but should not be too tight. Note that there should also be no gaps between your skin and the tape measure, if it is a little loose, simply drag it until it is just right.
Important: The 0 point of the tape measure should be in the centre front, near
the pubis, do not move it from there. Before taking your measurement, check that
the tape measure is not bent or twisted around your hips when you turn it around.
It should be smooth all the way around.
    4. Know the measurement; without moving the tape measure, check what number the 0 point was found with, that will be your measurement.
Remember: point 0 is the first line on the tape measure that marks the mm
between one cm and the next. You must take the first line as a reference, there
are tape measures that start flush and others that give a space before
    measuring.
Important: When taking the measurement, the correct number is always the one
below the line. In other words, if point 0 points exactly to the longest line that
divides the number 80 and 81, your hips are 81 cm and not 80 cm. If point 0
points to a line below (one of the short ones indicating mm), it means that your
    hip is 81.1 cm.
