How to use the Beppy Cup.

Fold the cup and insert it into the vagina. Use two fingers to push the cup into the correct position. Because of the soft material, the cup molds to your body. Check if the cup is properly unfolded by feeling at the bottom. Thanks to the loop, you can easily remove the cup with one finger. Wear the cup for up to 8 hours. Then you can easily remove, clean and reinsert it.
