If the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us to return the unused product in its original condition. <\/p><p>We will then provide our detailed return policy and return address. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Upon receipt of the product in its original condition, we will refund the money within 14 days.  <\/p><p>Due to hygienic reasons, Beppy products can only be returned if unopened and in undamaged packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been opened or used. <\/p><p>If you encounter any problems or are unsure about returning a product, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@beppy.com\">info@beppy.com.<\/a><br>We accept returns only in the following cases:<\/p><ul><li>Defective products (upon receipt)<\/li><li>Receipt of an incorrect product<\/li><li>Within the legal withdrawal period of 14 days<\/li><\/ul><h3>Returning Beppy Cup<\/h3><p>If the Beppy Cup is not to your liking, you can return it within 3 months. However, please note that for hygienic reasons, we must discard the returned Beppy Cup, which is not in line with our sustainability values. Therefore, make sure you have tried the cup sufficiently and carefully follow the instructions on our <a href=\"https:\/\/beppy.com\/en\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blog<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/beppy.com\/veelgestelde-vragen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FAQ<\/a>. We are also available for personal advice via email or social media.<br>Feel free to contact our customer service if you want to return a product. Then this gift is linked to the original order. If you are returning the entire order, the free product must be sent along unused and undamaged.
