All about the menstrual cup<\/h2>\n

A menstrual cup is a reusable menstrual product used as an alternative to tampons or pads. It is a small, flexible cup made of silicone that is inserted into the vagina to collect menstrual blood. Unlike tampons, which absorb blood, the menstrual cup captures the blood and can be worn for several hours before needing to be emptied and cleaned. <\/p>\n
