Adaptation du r\u00e9gime alimentaire :<\/strong> Votre alimentation peut avoir un impact significatif sur les sympt\u00f4mes du syndrome pr\u00e9menstruel. Essayez de r\u00e9duire votre consommation de caf\u00e9ine, de sel et de sucre, car ces substances peuvent aggraver la r\u00e9tention d&rsquo;eau et les sautes d&rsquo;humeur. Optez plut\u00f4t pour des aliments riches en fibres, tels que les l\u00e9gumes, les fruits et les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes.
