To insert, fold the tampon together so that it has a compact shape. Using your finger, insert the tampon into the vagina until it is comfortable. The soft sponge material opens automatically and molds to the contours of your body. As a result, it fits snugly and you hardly feel it.
Removal
Removal works with the so-called tweezer handle. This involves bringing two fingers in and squeezing the tampon slightly to get a grip. Then gently pull it out. Because the sponge material is flexible and soft, the process is smooth and without pain or discomfort.
