With iDEAL | Wero you can settle your online purchases trusted, safe and easy. The system links you directly to your internet banking program when you make an online purchase. Customers of ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, SNS Bank, Regiobank, Triodos Bank, Bunq, Knab or Van Lanschot can pay directly with iDEAL | Wero.   pay. Belgian customers can use Bancontact / Mister Cash for online banking, where payments are made in real time.

Online Payment Systems and Credit Cards

PayPal is a secure online payment service that allows you to easily pay for online items. First, sign up for PayPal and create an account linked to a credit card or bank account. To make a payment, you only need to log in to your PayPal account. You can also choose to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), where you enter your credit card details and the amount is deducted after verification.

Bank Transfer

If you do not have a credit card or bank account suitable for iDEAL | Wero  or PayPal, or if you prefer a bank transfer, you can transfer the total amount of the invoice to our bank account. Once the payment is received, your order will be processed. Please note: please contact us if you choose bank transfer.

Please note that the delivery time is longer than stated on the website, as we only ship the product once we have received the payment.

Easy Ordering

It’s very easy to place an order via our website. Go to the order page, place the products you want to order in your shopping cart, follow the steps where you can fill in your contact and address details, choose a secure payment method, and complete your order. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

Ordering by Phone

We encourage you to place your order online so that we can offer you the fastest service. However, if you want to place your order by phone, this is not a problem. You can reach us by phone on weekdays from 09:00 – 17:00 at +31 (0)10-4676573.

Modifying or Canceling an Order

To submit an order change or cancellation, you can use the contact form on our website or contact our customer service by phone at +31 (0)10 467 6573. Please mention your invoice number, customer number, and the desired adjustment.

If a cancellation is still possible (for example, because your order has not yet been shipped), you will receive a full refund. If you paid with iDEAL | Wero or prepaid, you can expect the paid amount to be credited to your account within five business days after the cancellation processing date. If you paid by credit card, please allow up to three weeks processing time before the return payment is visible.
