You have 14 days reflection period after receiving your order. If the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us to return the unused product in its original condition.
We will then provide our detailed return policy and return address. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Upon receipt of the product in its original condition, we will refund the money within 14 days.
Due to hygienic reasons, Beppy products can only be returned if unopened and in undamaged packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been opened or used.

If the Beppy Cup is not to your liking, you can return it within 3 months. However, please note that for hygienic reasons, we must discard the returned Beppy Cup, which is not in line with our sustainability values. Therefore, make sure you have tried the cup sufficiently and carefully follow the instructions on our blog and FAQ. We are also available for personal advice via email or social media.

Do you receive a free product or gift with your order? Then this gift is linked to the original order. If you are returning the entire order, the free product must be sent along unused and undamaged. If the free product is not sent along or is used/damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free product from the refund amount.
