1. Add water to the edge of the hole in the Beppy sterilizer.
2. Place your menstrual cup in the Steamer
3. Press the button and wait for 6-8 minutes!
Note: Be careful, the top part of the lid can be very hot after 8 minutes. Let it cool for a while before use. Turn off the appliance or unplug it after use. Check the product information before steaming; the product should be able to withstand up to 100 degrees Celsius.
The Beppy Steam+Sterilizer automatically stops sterilizing when the water has dried up. Wait for the device to cool completely before removing the lid.

You can clean your menstrual cup properly in two ways:
Daily during your period: First rinse the cup with cold water to remove blood residue. Then use Beppy Neutral Cup Soap to clean the cup thoroughly and safely without damaging the silicone.
After your period: Sterilize the cup by using the Beppy Steam+ Sterilizer. This handy sterilizer kills bacteria with steam, completely without chemicals. This way you can be sure your cup is hygienically clean for the next cycle.
No, this is not recommended. Ordinary hand soap often contains perfumes, dyes and harsh cleansers that can damage the silicone material of the cup and disrupt your vaginal flora. Instead, choose a special soap such as Beppy Neutral Cup Soap, which is safe for both the cup’s material and your body.
To clean a menstrual cup, it is important to use a mild, perfume-free and pH neutral soap. The Beppy Neutral Cup Soap is a good choice. This soap is specially designed for cleaning menstrual cups and contains no irritants such as perfume, oil or dyes. Thanks to its mild and antibacterial formula, it thoroughly cleans the cup without affecting the material or disturbing your intimate flora.
Ideally, sterilize your menstrual cup before the first use, as well as after each time you empty it before putting it back in. This way, you make sure your cup is always 100% clean and free of bacteria!
How do I descale my Beppy Steam+Sterilizer? After some time, limescale can form in the device because tap water contains calcium and magnesium minerals. Especially when boiling or heating tap water, limescale builds up. This is not dangerous to human health.
